Space SMEs and Commerce
The Huelva City Council will develop a project to qualify the center of the city of Huelva and make it a more attractive space to attract businesses and activity.
The centerpiece of this project is the Old Train Station building, which will become the headquarters of the Huelva Provincial Council and will generate a new space that will revalue an emblematic area of Huelva and turn it into a new epicenter of administrative, economic, social and business life.
This move is part of a redevelopment plan that aims, in addition to revitalizing the historic center, to bring public services closer to the citizens and to energize the area with new activities. The result will be the growth of the center of Huelva and its extension and connection with two large operations already underway, the Ensanche Sur and the development of Isla Chica through the future Shopping Center that is being managed in this area. Huelva will thus form a large space for the development of a powerful business sector with the incorporation of new SMEs and a growth in commercial activity.
Ensanche Sur
One of the most ambitious urban projects in the city. Designed to create a new multifunctional space that will revitalize this area and improve the connection between the city center and the Port. It includes a residential, commercial and public services area, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and modern infrastructure. Its commercial activity will be a key axis to energize the local economy and the lifestyle of the residents.
